PSY FoodBazaar'17

An attempt to promote student entrepreneurship PSY Innovation and Entrepreneurship cell(E-Cell) @ PSY Engineering College come out with a new idea of Foodbazaar, where students from various schools took up stalls to sell their home made food to the public. 

It was organised by PSY Engineering College on October 14th and 15th @ PSY Kids Garage International Pre Primary School.

It was inaugrated by Mr.S.P.Saravanan, Member /Advisory Council,Food Corporation of India and Mr. Michael Gerald, IRS, Assistant Commissioner/ IncomeTax Department

• Here the students come to know about the various type of customers and how to deal with them.
• It also provides a platform to exhibit their marketing and communicating skills.
• How to attract customers. 
• What are the hurdles to start ups.

Students from various schools participated with more interest.

Cultural Program was also organised to entertain the visitors.

2000 visitors from in and around Madurai visited the bazaar on both days. PSYEC organizes various events viz, Project competition, Science Exhibition, Startup Payanam, Startup village visit @Cochin, Entrepreneurship awareness camp, Startup Boot Camp for school students on regular intervals. PSYEC supports Innovative student ideas to be real time products with technical and business mentorship along with financial funding to initiate a startup.
